A rich, smokey aroma of roasted red peppers with tomato and a hint of vinegar. Flavour is full of lovely smooth and rich, smokey Scotch Bonnet, bell pepper and tomato goodness. Incredibly versatile low to medium heat sauce.
Fantastic with anything meaty, particularly ribs and burgers. Breakfast sandwiches, pizza and superb in chilli con carne. Mix into sour cream or mayo for a lovely smokey dip.
