Sounds like a complicated combination but tastes incredible.  Sweet at first then tangy fruitiness from the habaneros, cherries and vanilla. Next comes the smoky chipotle which is balanced beautifully by the extra aged Jim Beam. Larger 200ml bottle makes it great value.

Description

This Bourbon infused Chipotle Habanero hot sauce is an extremely tasty elixir with just the right amount of heat to enjoy on any food. Extra-aged Jim Beam Black label Bourbon Whiskey is placed in casks with black cherries and vanilla beans to infuse their wonderful flavours into the whiskey. This adds distinctive character to the mellow notes of the chipotle and the sweet sting of the red Habanero. This sauce is one of the best i have developed in my opinion. It makes a great steak sauce! But is right at home on most any dish.
