On chicken wings, add a little melted butter and brown sugar, it makes a great BBQ marinade. Incredible on burgers and kebabs. So hot it can be used as a food additive to just increase the heat of your favorite dishes .

What we think

A thick and chunky sauce bursting with fruity pepper and pain. Incredible flavour, intense heat. Not for the faint hearted!

Psycho juice 70% scorpion Pepper sauce

Here we go Psycho Warriors. Probably the hottest natural-heat sauce you will ever taste. No extract, no bullshit. This face-melting concoction is even hotter than my Psycho Juice 70% Ghost Pepper. With its mind-blowing heat and flavour from the infamous Trinidad Scorpion pepper, this is without doubt the condiment of choice for the serious, hardcore chillihead. Lightweights need not apply. Containing a massive 70% chilli pepper content, Psycho Juice Scorpion Pepper is full-bodied, full-flavoured and packing explosive natural heat without the addition of extract. Most importantly, as with all my Psycho Juice sauces, it actually tastes of the most important ingredient, the star of the show, the whole damned point of a hot sauce, namely the chilli pepper itself. There are no distractions by means of superfluous, fancy-pants, look-how-clever-I-am ingredients. Less is more. This is a sauce for the purist. A sauce for the connoisseur.
