Medium-hot with a lovely creamy texture. You can taste the great aged scotch bonnet chillies, garlic and a savory white radish taste.

Serving suggestions

Scrambled eggs, burgers, hot dogs, pizza and sandwiches.  Nachos, burritos, great with BBQ chicken and pork. Curries and of course jerk marinades


Scotch Bonnet Peppers (40%), garlic, daikon (Japanese white radish), lime juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, olive oil.

Well the makers thought that was perfect for their pepper sauce which for sure gives you a pleasant surprise when you taste its rich smooth hot flavor. OOFT! Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce is made in Scotland and it is matured in large containers for nearly a year and then bottled for sale. It has a wonderful sumptuous depth to it that makes you keep going back for more. The heat is respectable but not over the top making it a great all rounder!
